Aspen Acquisitions is looking for small to mid-sized companies to acquire.  We specialize in companies that have a proven track record of positive cash flow for at least 3 years and ownership that is either looking for an exit strategy or would like to take on a partner that will help with the long term growth strategies that help provide long term success.  Companies should have EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization) in the range of $100,000 to $5,000,000.  Aspen Acquisitions is in the position to purchase 51% to 100% of these companies while working with current management to establish growth goals that will benefit all parties involved.
